The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 291.30 per cent at Rs 3.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 416.42 per cent to Rs 3.46 crore from Rs 0.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 76.67 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.15 per cent to Rs 0.14 crore as against Rs 0.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 86.07 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 64.29 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
