The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.90 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 47.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.57 per cent at Rs 34.37 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.06 per cent to Rs 32.97 crore from Rs 32.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 72.73 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 57.30 per cent to Rs 1.40 crore as against Rs 0.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 56.11 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.21 crore).
