The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 1.01 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.53 per cent at Rs 27.32 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 56.04 per cent to Rs 25.17 crore from Rs 16.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 39.33 per cent at Rs 1.24 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.89 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 2.14 crore as against Rs 2.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 33.11 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 32.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 45.45 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.44 crore).
