The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 97.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.65 per cent at Rs 21.14 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.39 per cent to Rs 21.15 crore from Rs 22.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 950.00 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 101.32 per cent to Rs -0.01 crore as against Rs 0.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 102.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 64.29 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
