The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.73 per cent at Rs 312.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 272.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.92 per cent to Rs 311.95 crore from Rs 266.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 70.00 per cent at Rs 3.74 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 97.70 per cent to Rs 0.12 crore as against Rs 5.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 97.91 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 5.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.87 crore, while Taxation decreased by 67.83 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.43 crore).
