The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.28 per cent at Rs 125.93 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 183.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.43 per cent to Rs 122.31 crore from Rs 173.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 183.53 per cent at Rs 2.41 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.85 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.72 per cent to Rs 3.61 crore as against Rs 9.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 47.15 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 16.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 46.22 per cent at Rs 1.28 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.38 crore).
