The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.32 per cent at Rs 59.85 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.61 per cent to Rs 54.00 crore from Rs 68.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2.97 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.03 per cent to Rs 5.85 crore as against Rs 6.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 200.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.49 per cent at Rs 1.55 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.64 crore).
