The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.92 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.85 per cent at Rs 55.09 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.87 per cent to Rs 53.07 crore from Rs 47.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28.57 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.62 per cent to Rs 2.02 crore as against Rs 2.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.56 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 14.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.00 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
