The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.64 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 174.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.08 per cent at Rs 292.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 239.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.20 per cent to Rs 254.35 crore from Rs 224.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.09 per cent at Rs 1.16 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.76 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 153.83 per cent to Rs 38.43 crore as against Rs 15.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 107.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 41.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 195.36 per cent at Rs 8.27 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.80 crore).
