Further to our intimation dated August 05, 2025 and August 06, 2025 pertaining to receipt of request from IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (ICICI Strategic Investment Fund), Promoter of the Company, requesting its re-classification from 'promoter' category to 'public' category in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBl LODR Regulations and submissions made by the Company in this regard for approval of the Stock Exchanges i.e. NSE and BSE for the said reclassification,we are pleased to inform that the Stock Exchanges have granted no-objection for re-classification request dated August 05, 2025, and approved our application today for reclassification in respect of the abovesaid promoter vide their letter dated September 02, 2025\r\n\r\nThe approvals of the Stock Exchanges are enclosed herewith.
