The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.73 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.57 per cent at Rs 89.66 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.71 per cent to Rs 79.69 crore from Rs 103.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 52.83 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.53 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.14 per cent to Rs 9.97 crore as against Rs 11.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.35 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 25.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.63 per cent at Rs 1.34 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.96 crore).
