InterGlobe Aviation Ltd has announced that Mr. Amitabh Kant has officially joined its Board as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director with effect from September 15, 2025.

The company had earlier informed, via its July 3, 2025 communication, that Mr. Kant’s appointment was subject to receipt of security clearance from the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) and shareholder approval. The requisite security clearance, dated September 15, 2025, was received yesterday, making Mr. Kant’s appointment effective immediately.
