The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.56 per cent at Rs 59.38 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.67 per cent to Rs 49.97 crore from Rs 50.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.94 per cent at Rs 1.45 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.02 per cent to Rs 9.41 crore as against Rs 10.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.52 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.04 per cent at Rs 2.24 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.49 crore).
