The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.91 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.06 per cent at Rs 54.83 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.06 per cent to Rs 40.88 crore from Rs 42.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 11.63 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.73 per cent to Rs 13.95 crore as against Rs 10.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 27.84 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 19.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.62 crore, while Taxation increased by 118.59 per cent at Rs 3.41 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.56 crore).
