The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 143.65 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 133.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.71 per cent at Rs 810.81 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 781.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.98 per cent to Rs 603.05 crore from Rs 591.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 23.55 per cent at Rs 8.71 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 7.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.07 per cent to Rs 207.76 crore as against Rs 190.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.17 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 287.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.92 per cent at Rs 49.07 crore (Sep'24 Rs 44.24 crore).
