The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 108.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 81.73 per cent at Rs 148.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 76.25 per cent to Rs 127.36 crore from Rs 72.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 41.67 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 123.19 per cent to Rs 21.27 crore as against Rs 9.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.83 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 1045.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 90.50 per cent at Rs 4.21 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.21 crore).
