The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.81 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.80 per cent at Rs 20.56 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.67 per cent to Rs 22.43 crore from Rs 25.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.29 per cent at Rs 4.38 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.33 per cent to Rs -1.86 crore as against Rs -1.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.49 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 21.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation decreased by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.39 crore).
