The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 54.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 29.23 per cent at Rs 2.59 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 50.00 per cent to Rs 0.20 crore from Rs 0.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 82.69 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.52 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.69 per cent to Rs 2.39 crore as against Rs 3.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.69 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 61.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 61.76 per cent at Rs 1.10 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.68 crore).
