The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.29 per cent at Rs 8.17 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.48 per cent to Rs 6.80 crore from Rs 7.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.64 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 53.56 per cent to Rs 1.37 crore as against Rs 2.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.11 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 49.30 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.71 crore).
