The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.00 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.69 per cent at Rs 292.99 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 257.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.92 per cent to Rs 265.20 crore from Rs 234.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.40 per cent at Rs 1.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.57 per cent to Rs 27.79 crore as against Rs 22.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.99 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 70.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 35.78 per cent at Rs 5.73 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.22 crore).
