The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 57.77 per cent at Rs 458.60 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 290.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 59.69 per cent to Rs 435.96 crore from Rs 273.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 284.29 per cent at Rs 2.69 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 28.20 per cent to Rs 22.64 crore as against Rs 17.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.62 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 31.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.14 per cent at Rs 3.39 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.49 crore).
