The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.15 per cent at Rs 238.66 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 222.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.50 per cent to Rs 214.76 crore from Rs 203.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.76 per cent at Rs 1.24 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.67 per cent to Rs 23.90 crore as against Rs 19.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.51 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 166.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.85 per cent at Rs 3.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.28 crore).
