The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.57 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6838.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.55 per cent at Rs 14.61 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.32 per cent to Rs 15.21 crore from Rs 14.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1504.95 per cent at Rs 16.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 322.22 per cent to Rs -0.60 crore as against Rs 0.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 327.07 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 35.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.03 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.03 crore).
