The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 38.33 per cent at Rs 97.62 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.17 per cent to Rs 86.62 crore from Rs 62.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.77 per cent to Rs 11.00 crore as against Rs 7.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.99 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 66.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.93 crore).
