The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.06 per cent at Rs 16.54 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.50 per cent to Rs 16.19 crore from Rs 16.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.67 per cent to Rs 0.35 crore as against Rs 0.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.33 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 26.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
