The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.62 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.18 per cent at Rs 52.33 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.16 per cent to Rs 48.81 crore from Rs 58.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 36.58 per cent at Rs 2.67 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.21 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 70.05 per cent to Rs 3.52 crore as against Rs 2.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 98.53 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 91.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 26.92 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.78 crore).
