The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.38 per cent at Rs 199.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 200.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.29 per cent to Rs 172.95 crore from Rs 177.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 47.73 per cent at Rs 3.46 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.62 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.06 per cent to Rs 26.69 crore as against Rs 23.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.47 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 26.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.39 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.41 per cent at Rs 5.67 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.87 crore).
