The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.27 per cent at Rs 150.46 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 137.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.12 per cent to Rs 126.96 crore from Rs 116.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 7.35 per cent at Rs 1.26 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.36 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.12 per cent to Rs 23.50 crore as against Rs 21.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.77 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 56.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.92 per cent at Rs 5.01 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.73 crore).
