The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.37 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.07 per cent at Rs 62.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 61.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.78 per cent to Rs 37.36 crore from Rs 36.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.88 per cent at Rs 1.24 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.42 per cent to Rs 24.92 crore as against Rs 25.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.46 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 21.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.05 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
