The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.45 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.77 per cent at Rs 15.39 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.15 per cent to Rs 11.20 crore from Rs 13.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 43.83 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.62 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.79 per cent to Rs 4.19 crore as against Rs 5.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.79 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 30.30 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 14.39 per cent at Rs 1.19 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.39 crore).
