The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.76 per cent at Rs 35.88 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.91 per cent to Rs 30.82 crore from Rs 25.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.68 per cent to Rs 5.07 crore as against Rs 4.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.23 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 7.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.52 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.54 crore).
