The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.32 per cent at Rs 112.25 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 82.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.06 per cent to Rs 110.92 crore from Rs 80.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6400.00 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.66 per cent to Rs 1.34 crore as against Rs 2.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 51.23 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 54.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.41 crore
