The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.63 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.78 per cent at Rs 179.17 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 150.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.46 per cent to Rs 169.81 crore from Rs 147.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 97.01 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 148.28 per cent to Rs 9.36 crore as against Rs 3.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 108.80 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 7.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.80 crore, while Taxation decreased by 47.11 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.21 crore).
