The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.64 per cent at Rs 24.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.83 per cent to Rs 18.04 crore from Rs 15.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 209.09 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.37 per cent to Rs 6.60 crore as against Rs 6.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.57 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 11.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.71 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.70 crore).
