The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.62 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.60 per cent at Rs 129.86 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 99.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.70 per cent to Rs 114.99 crore from Rs 90.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.15 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 58.53 per cent to Rs 14.87 crore as against Rs 9.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.42 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 51.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.62 crore, while Taxation increased by 67.12 per cent at Rs 2.44 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.46 crore).
