The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 71.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.59 per cent at Rs 67.34 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.31 per cent to Rs 54.16 crore from Rs 46.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.43 per cent at Rs 1.63 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 48.42 per cent to Rs 13.18 crore as against Rs 8.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.16 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 116.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs -0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.69 per cent at Rs 3.50 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.25 crore).
