The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.19 per cent at Rs 71.44 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.54 per cent to Rs 62.89 crore from Rs 54.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 183.33 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.65 per cent to Rs 8.55 crore as against Rs 7.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.21 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 91.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 51.72 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.87 crore).
