The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.67 per cent at Rs 10.33 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.66 per cent to Rs 10.52 crore from Rs 7.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 12.61 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 178.26 per cent to Rs -0.18 crore as against Rs 0.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 164.39 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 400.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.46 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.37 crore).
