The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 35.85 per cent at Rs 18.22 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.09 per cent to Rs 16.47 crore from Rs 24.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 32.79 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 48.68 per cent to Rs 1.75 crore as against Rs 3.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.83 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 56.32 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.87 crore).
