The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 40.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.71 per cent at Rs 481.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 455.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.27 per cent to Rs 409.62 crore from Rs 396.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.07 per cent at Rs 19.73 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 17.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.16 per cent to Rs 71.66 crore as against Rs 58.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.61 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 55.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 20.26 per cent at Rs 17.87 crore (Sep'24 Rs 14.86 crore).
