The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2400.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.95 per cent at Rs 44.20 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.17 per cent to Rs 42.53 crore from Rs 35.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 316.67 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5700.00 per cent to Rs 1.68 crore as against Rs -0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3900.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.73 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
