The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.66 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 49.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.64 per cent at Rs 63.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 73.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 127.73 per cent to Rs 2.71 crore from Rs 1.19 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 15.95 per cent to Rs 61.03 crore as against Rs 72.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.67 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 35.83 per cent at Rs 15.31 crore (Sep'24 Rs 23.86 crore).
