The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.08 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 252.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.66 per cent at Rs 86.19 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 56.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.75 per cent to Rs 74.80 crore from Rs 51.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.20 per cent at Rs 1.18 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.71 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 122.03 per cent to Rs 11.39 crore as against Rs 5.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 45.32 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 19.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 103.38 per cent at Rs 3.01 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.48 crore).
