The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 160.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.37 per cent at Rs 94.92 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.69 per cent to Rs 92.00 crore from Rs 91.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 47.83 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 28.63 per cent to Rs 2.92 crore as against Rs 2.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.75 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 33.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 112.50 per cent at Rs -0.04 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
