The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.65 per cent at Rs 597.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 549.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.54 per cent to Rs 577.88 crore from Rs 527.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 77.00 per cent at Rs 2.27 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 9.87 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.36 per cent to Rs 19.65 crore as against Rs 22.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.36 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 26.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.63 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.81 per cent at Rs 3.03 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.03 crore).
