The Company has acquired the business undertaking of Aspira DNA Diagnostics Gujarat LLP on a slump sale basis pursuant to the BTA Agreement as on 30.06.2025. Accordingly the LLP has ceased the business operations and is in the process of winding up under the LLP Act 2008. Consequently the Company does not have any subsidiary, associate or joint venture as on 30.09.2025 and therefore no consolidated financial results are required to be presented from this quarter onwards.
