The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.80 per cent at Rs 143.02 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 180.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.25 per cent to Rs 118.01 crore from Rs 160.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 44.83 per cent at Rs 2.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.63 per cent to Rs 25.02 crore as against Rs 20.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 53.56 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.61 per cent at Rs 6.08 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.65 crore).
