The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 37.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 42.83 per cent at Rs 23.47 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 41.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 47.20 per cent to Rs 19.87 crore from Rs 37.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.26 per cent to Rs 3.60 crore as against Rs 3.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 84.13 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 57.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.47 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.73 crore).
