With reference to the captioned subject matter and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 13th November, 2025, inter-alia have considered and approved the change in the registered office of the Company from 'Texcellence Complex, Khokhara Mehmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380021' to '1st Floor, 'Aditya', Near Khadayata Colony, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380006', within local limits of Ahmedabad, with effect from 30 November, 2025.
