The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.36 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.54 per cent at Rs 17.88 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.90 per cent to Rs 16.66 crore from Rs 19.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.03 per cent to Rs 1.21 crore as against Rs 1.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.61 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 7.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
